Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome to Kathmandu!
Upon arriving in Kathmandu, take in stunning views of the valley and the Himalayas. After customs, a representative will greet you and guide you to your hotel. Explore Kathmandu Durbar Square and enjoy a sunset view from Swayambhunath. In the evening, discover local and international cuisines in the vibrant Thamel area.
Day 2: Fly from Kathmandu to Chitwan
Start your day with an early flight to Chitwan National Park. Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by a lodge representative. Enjoy lunch and a briefing about the day's activities.
Day 3: Discover Chitwan: Safari Adventures by Jeep or Foot
Embark on a full day of safari activities led by an experienced naturalist. Spot various wildlife species, including the greater one-horned rhinoceros, deer, crocodiles, and many bird species. With some luck, you might even see a leopard or a tiger!
Day 4: Navigate Chitwan: Scenic Boat Safari to Tiger Tops Tharu Lodge
After breakfast, embark on a boat safari to Tiger Tops Tharu Lodge, where you can enjoy birdwatching and wildlife sightings from the water. Once at the lodge, relax and unwind, or explore the nearby Tharu village.
Day 5: Explore Chitwan: A Day With Elephants
Spend your day interacting with elephants, learning how to care for them, and enjoying the serene environment of the Elephant Camp. In the afternoon, join a jungle walk with the elephants, guided by a naturalist.
Day 6: Fly from Chitwan to Kathmandu
After breakfast, return to Kathmandu by flight. Spend the day exploring the city at your leisure, shopping for souvenirs, or visiting any attractions you missed earlier.
Day 7: Depart Kathmandu
Enjoy a final breakfast and a leisurely stroll through the city before your departure. A driver will take you to the airport for your return flight home, so be sure to arrive at least two hours before your scheduled departure.
